Galaxy buds 3 pro still not arrived/given an ETA even after first bill

It's been two weeks since we bought the zflip 6, which included a pair of galaxy buds pro 3, they just say coming soon, no ETA, nothing, the watch which was added to the monthly payment came with the phone but not the ear buds, any ideas on when it may come?

@Mike225  As stated clearly on the mobile ordering page:

 

1.Purchase a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6 or Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 from 24th July 2024 and 28th August 2024 and get a Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro worth £219.​
​2.The Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro will automatically appear in your order confirmation at no extra cost. It will not appear in your basket.
​3.The Buds3 Pro will be dispatched up to 30 days after you receive your phone.

That is to ensure you're out of the cooling off period so customers can't return the phone but keep the expensive free gift.
