Free watch with samsung S23 Ultra

I hadnt added the free watch at the time of my order. Has anybody had any luvk getting this added to your order without having to cancel and start again?

@YvonneJedi If you didn't add it at the time it's likely Sky won't add it now, but you'll have to call.

You may need to cancel the original order and place a new one with the watch added.

All you can do is to give them a call to see what they say but don't be surprised that they say the only way to do this would be to return the phone and start again as this is what others on here have had to do.

Such a waste of time but I guess they reply on folk like me not reading the small print, saving them money!

Many thanks to you all for replying - as you all said, Sky cancelled the order a d reordered it fir me with the watch added. I just need to refuse the delivery today and the new order is due to arrive tomorrow, so it wasn't as big a hassle as I expected.

I ended up getting discount when the guy ordered it again so was actually worthwhile and only have to wait an extra day! I thought they would have to wait until they received the first order back, but that's not the case.

Hope this helps anybody else who does the same thing.
