Free samsung galaxy watch 7

Just ordered the Samsung s25 fe with free buds fe and galaxy watch 7 promotion. Ive gone to claim the watch and it comes up with a message to say claim form is closed. Does anyone know how to get the watch? Ive tried the chat option on the Mysky app but the bot hasn't got a clue!
