Free gift with upgrade

I recently upgraded my phone and part of the deal it stated I'd get a free laptop when I upgrade. How long does this normally take to arrive as nothing is showing g up on my online account about it. I can see the upgrade but not the free gift.

It should be sent within 31 days of your phone arriving.
