Free Earbuds Offer the day after I ordered!

Yesterday I ordered a Samsung S24 FE which has just arrived. Looking at the website today, a new offer has just started on that and several other phones where you get a free pair of earbuds, I'd have held off on ordering if I'd known! Any chance I will be able to get this offer?

@MadGeordieRob  As @Daniel0210  but don't be surprised if they say no , offers come and go on a daily basis 

 

the alternative is to cancel the order completely and re order which will incur another credit check if paying on finance

These are not Sky offers but direct from the manufacturer - Samsung.

 

You'll find the terms and conditions will state an exact date range of purchase to qualify.  A day out will not qualify...

 

As already noted, you can return your device within the cooling off period and order another to qualify but will require another credit check that is not guaranteed.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
