Fraudulent SKY mobile account under my wifes name who doesn't have an account!

Have recieved a letter from Sky Mobile say my wife is in 3 months arrears for an  obvious  false account with details of BPO Collections ask for payment. Who do i contact to sort this out please.

@Macca77 The first contact should be with BPO to inform them you believe the account is fraudulent(this should pause any further action), then you need to contact Sky and report the issue so they can begin an investigation. You may also want to report the issue to action fraud.
