Fitbit smart watch with phone

I recently signed up to sky mobile and the offer I chose said my device came with a free Fitbit smart watch but I haven't received a watch and there's no tracking number or anything for the watch I'm just wondering if there's anything I need to do my end in order to receive the watch can anyone help with this? Many thanks Connor
