First off... how do I speak with a Sky operator, and why am I receiving call's from people asking j

How do I speak with a Sky operator?... also, why am I receiving call's from people asking if I'd just called them when I haven't... how could these people be getting my phone number?

This is frequently reported on the forum. Your number will be being spoofed. They isn't anything you or Sky can do to prevent it.

 

In answer to the other part of your question, to speak to Customer Services just dial 150 free from your Sky mobile.
