First Bill - No Discount Applied

Hey,

 

On the 27th November I purchased a 40gb Sim, advertised at £12/month (reduced from £24/month).

 

I have activated the sim today (after waiting for my previous contract to expire) and my account is showing a charge of £24/month - the discount not applied.

 

Can anyone help?

What does the next bill show that you will be paying, if that is also incorrect then you will need to call Sky about this which you can do for free by using the short 150 number so they can look into this for you.
