Fed up waiting on my phone swap!

Ordered new Samsung galaxy S25 FE on 25th September as a phone swap,still havent received it,been on countless times,apparently courier went to wrong door who refused it,to compound this they have TWO Samsung galaxy phones on my account! I eventually received the free ear buds a few weeks ago....but still saying phone is still due to be delivered.

On checking with DPD site both phone parcels (i assume its them)say being returned to consignor...i have been on loads of times and still cant get this resolved? i only want a phone swap for one samsung galaxy! Phone is in stock so why havent they received phones back from DPD? That is over 7 weeks!! and still no update saying phones have been returned.

Just feel like cancelling my current google pixel 8 but would this affect my sky tv account being stopped.Any help,thoughts is appreciated!.

If you haven't already you might want to put in a complaint:

Sky has up to 8 weeks to get back to you with a resolution or to issue you with a deadlock letter so you can take it elsewhere.
