Faulty sim /emergency calls only got it checked out told sim s fried need new one

Faulty sim told by a repair shop sim is fried. Only emergency calls nobody can call me or access voicemail .

 Thank you for your reply. Yes, done all above, and it just goes around in a circle . I'm phoning them today
