Hi,
Has anyone managed to make a claim for a faulty phone under consumer law?
I have an Iphone 12 which is over a year old but under 2 years old on contract which has developed a fault (no power at all).
Was checked by Apple today (Apple Genius), who confirmed the phone is out of warranty but advised I should be able to get the phone changed by Sky Mobile because it is under 2 years old.
Was given a note from Apple to this effect.
How would I go about this?
Thanks!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreCalling Sky would be pretty much the only way to go about it, Sky might want it sent of to see if it can be repaired first though.
150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
