Failed number port terrible customer support

My number had failed to port, I now have no working SIM either from Sky or EE.  Sky have provided NO assistance, no one knows what to do.  Call centre don't know what to do. Had many online chats, Alana yesterday seemed to know what to do, promised to help but nothing.  Sky shop won't help.  They even emailed me saying we tried to ring you re your complaint!! My SIM is not working!  Why would you ring? I can't see any solution I'm stuck with absolutely no help at all.  The number that Sky has lost I've had for over 25 years!  The customer service is by far the worst I've ever experienced in my life!  I've tried everything reset etc.  The number port has failed, I need the porting team to fix this, no one will let me speak to them.

Hi I'm in exactly the same position my number ported fine and lasted 2 weeks then went off they are clueless I've been on to them day after day they have blamed everything apart from them selves shocking customer services I put a different sim in and phone works fine so I will try them one more time today and then I will have to swap from sky mobile shocking customer service I think you will have to do the same and try port your number to as different server
