Failed call to a specific landline number

I Can only contact my dentists land line from another landline my mobile says it’s calling but there is no ring tone then it says call failed. This is the only number that does this.I don't have any issues with any other number. I am in the same town as the dentist

Have you tried deleting the number from your contacts and then entering it again. If after doing the the same happens then it will need reporting to Sky on 150.
