Extremely poor mobile phone signal at home

My issues are no connection to internet whilst showing full bars or 5g very frustrating to be honest I use the phone whilst at work on the road but like others have mentioned my wife has a EE sim and doesn't have issues with it whilst out and about . Done everything that it says on the sky web page but iam going to change provider as iam totally fed up with it

Literally the same, it is a shocking service been with them 2 years and will be paying to get out of my contract due to no effort for them to make the signal better. I will be returning to EE.
