Hi I am in the process of swapping my Samsung for the new pixel pro 10xl, I will get extra £ 250 towards my swap, if my Samsung is not worth what they say online its worth. Will the £250 go towards paying of the outstanding amount ?

It's possible the outstanding amount will become payable before the £250 is credited to your account...

When you swap any residual balance becomes payable on the next bill.

The £250 will be added to your next available bill have you have completed the swap so can be used against a future bill.
