Extra phone

Afternoon, 

 

I recently swapped my IPhone 12 for a 13. The phone is being returned to Sky tomorrow when the post office opens. 

On my bill it shows 3 phones are being paid for?  Could you explain? I paid the upfront cost on my debit card..

Hi @Ajv2011  you will continue to pay for the iPhone 12 until sky receive it and verify its condition and value.

Apart from the iphone 12 and 13 do you also have another phone as you should be being charged for the one you are returning and your new one so I'm not sure where this 3rd one comes from ?
