Hello I don't know if I can get help doing this but I paid into my account thinking I missed my bill but I did last month and it's going to take it out my account today so is there a way you can take the credit and pay the bill with it then take the rest out my account or pay me back my credit and take the payment?

You're not talking to Sky here - just other customers.
Manual payments do not generally stop automated ones.
As noted above any overpayment can be refunded to you but will take 3-5 working days to credit.

As mentioned @Samantha243 the automatic payment can't be stopped that's why you shouldn't make extra payments. Once the payment has been taken and the excess payment is showing as credit we can help you get refunded, but not until then.
