Exchange of new mobile

Hello, I recently purchased  new mobile phone however I ordered the incorrect one, I'm still within 31 days, cane this be exchanged for a different one? Thank you

Yes, call Sky on 150 to start the returns process.   However, a new phone will require another credit check.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
