Everyone needs to call me twice at least because Sky says my number does not exist

My phone has been blocking calls since May 2023.  People try to call me and are repeatedly told my number does not exist.  Any tips appreciated.

What have Sky said when you have spoken to them about this, for example have they sent you a replacement sim to try ?

I got taken through call settings on my phone but couldn't resolve.  No contact since.
