Esim to new phone

Can someone help I have removed my esim from.old.phone and requested replacement esim.on my new device.but says this plan is already in use on another device

You will have to contact Sky about this so under “Need more help” might be the number to use:

Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.
