Esim/Data plan not been transfered over

I really hope someone can help me. I'm getting so sick of speaking to AI bots online or getting sent links or speaking to forgein callers who aren't any help whatsoever. 

 

I've tried going into store but keep getting told to call 105. 

 

I had so much struggle getting my Esim activated, I've been sent two psychical sims and eventually my 2nd sim sent I managed to get activated and then installed Esim on it. But now my sky Mobile app keeps telling me that I need to install my 'esim' still even though I have! To make matters worse my phone is £30 a month and my 50gb data plan is £12 except I'm paying the £42 a month and I'm only getting 12gb a month which is from my old plan still. My sky account still believes I'm using my old Oppo phone and not my new Google pixel and it doesnt matter how much I try and get help it's just going round and round in circles and I'm really losing my patience I'm paying £42 a month for a data plan that isn't even on my new phone and for a phone that is struggling to install esim and the customer support is little to none existence.

 

 

Please someone I beg help me :((

Yeah I know that I just didn't realize I added it wrong on the post, still doesn't answer my question though 🙃 almost as useless as their customer service

You will need to persevere as I don't think other customers can solve your issue.
