Entering PAC & keeping number

I have my PAC code ready and am trying to enter it into the app with my mobile number I want to transfer however, it just says something went wrong. I've been trying all day with the same outcome. Is it likely to be something wrong with the PAC code or maybe the app?? It's very frustrating it doesnt say what went wrong and just to try again!

Hi @Janine27  can you confirm you are trying to transfer your number from a different network to sky ? As you can't port from sky sim to sky sim.
