Are you using a spend cao and if so is it set high enough to cover your stay ?
Is your phone status set to abroad as per this:
Apple:
Settings > Mobile Data > SIM Applications > Change to Abroad
Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Change to Abroad

Hi yes tried everything, will not connect to any other network, used all the android APN settings as part sky website.
