Emergency calls only turkey

Unable to connect while in Turkey, I did get an SMS when I landed, then it stopped working well not connect to any other networks.

Have you tried searching for other networks to see if your device will connect ?

Are you using a spend cao and if so is it set high enough to cover your stay ?

Is your phone status set to abroad as per this:

 

Apple:
Settings > Mobile Data > SIM Applications > Change to Abroad


Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Change to Abroad

Hi yes tried everything, will not connect to any other network, used all the android APN settings as part sky website.
