ESim activated but no signal

Daughter has terrible signal with her physical SIM (strangely mine is fine) so tried converting to eSim........ No service whatsoever!!!!

Can't convert back because sky needs to text a security code. But no service!!

What now??

If she wants to go back to a physical sim she would need to contact Sky.

Sorry, I didn't mean no signal, I meant no service. It's not recognising a SIM at all

Hi @trolleybag  has she removed the physical sim ? Is there an option for primary sim in the phone settings ?

Hi

She hasn't removed the SIM so I'll do that now. It's an iPhone 13, came see an option for primary SIM but I'll check. Thanks

Removed the physical SIM, not change, I don't think it's recognising esim as it now just says 'no SIM '.
