Hello , please can someone help me . I've just bought the iPhone 15 pro max . It has a 100mb sim that was free with it however I want to continue using my old sim with EE , I've put in the EE sim and set up my phone as normal but it's not working. I have already tried resetting network settings , it says in my settings network not available then below it says network provider EE .

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@KaitlynWebb You would be best contacting EE as its their sim you're having an issue with.
As all devices from Sky are unlocked it's unlikely to be a phone issue.
