E-sims for watches

Does anyone know when Sky will release e-Sims for the use of watches? I've every Samsung and linked my S23 with tablet S9FE plus Book 4 360, but my poor Watch 6 is feeling left out. Come on Sky, pull your finger out and tell us when e-sims will work with these accessories.
