Hi, hoping someone can help, I'm having some issues installing an e sim to my Samsung S9 +FE tablet, it reads the QR code and says the code is invalid or already installed and won't go any further. I called the help desk and they said the sim is showing as activated and that I needed to reset my mobile network and it should appear within 24 hours. Is now been 48 hours and no sim showing. I wouldn't mind but I took out the sim contract thinking i would be able to use it with my tablet. Has anyone any ideas what I can do to resolve? Thanks in advance.

@63johnw thanks for the reply. Yeh it's definitely not on the list! Are Sky rolling out the e sims to tablets anytime soon?

Is it possible to de- active the e sim and use the physical sim? Or do I need to order a new sim.
