My sons phone is receiving calls and texts for a lass called Abbie. She is receiving my sons calls and texts. He receives texts from her driving instructor and has received a text from a university offering her a place. He receives calls from her boyfriend when her boyfriend is trying to ring her. They are now at the stage where if my son receives her texts he forwards it to the boyfriend and if Abbie receives my sons texts she forwards them to my son. It's totally stupid. I have gone round and round in circles on the online help...I just want a contact number to talk to a human being. Is that so difficult?

You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you back to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI don't think it matters but should you call from your phone make sure they understand what phone has this issue.
