Got new phone and am due £100 cashback & earbuds how do I claim these as I have had no info or help from sky

If you ordered a Samsung Galaxy S23 then you can out in your claim via here:

https://samsungoffers.claims/winterdeals/S23trio/en-GB/qualifying

To claim upload a picture of an email about your order and also upload your credit agreement. Put the agreement number in the order number tab without the letters.

Your credit agreement can be found in your message centre:

https://messages.sky.com/message-centre

Samsung will send this within 45 days of the claim being validated.
