Can anybody help... I have just switched over to sky and have chosen to trasfer my number. I have had messages saying this has been done but at the top of the screen it says p1 & p2 with signal bars.
p2 is my number but it has no signal and p2 Is the number that came with the phone with full signal.
I have called sky and apparently expecting a call back within 48hrs. That was about 4 days ago.
Have tried changing number manually but doesn't work.

To be honest I can't remember but I have rebooted it since but it hasn't made a difference.
