Hi,
I recently upgraded and was told I would get double data added to my plan but it hasn't updated this.
how would I solve this?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe double data only applies if you ordered a new sim with a new number so did you do this as it will kit apply to a sim you already have.
