Don’t want to leave old provider

I want to activate my sky sim but I am not leaving my old provider as my son is taking on my old phone and contract. It won't let me activate my sky sim without a stac code though

Hi @Rhia82  you shouldn't need a PAC or STAC if you are just activating a new sky sim. Are you following the link below using the activate first sim link ?
