Don't need new SIM

My wife just ordered a new iphone 15 pro max. A new SIM card has arrived with it. We don't need the new SIM, we only want to keep her old SIM/phone number (Removed) and cancel this new SIM. We don't want to be charged for the new SIM at all. Can you make sure this is cancelled and we only have her number on the account. The data package deal she got for 15/month should remain - so keep that for her number. 

 

Also, is she registered on the account to be able to talk to you if she has service issues in future? In case I'm not available. Thanks.

If you don't activate the sim you will not be charged for it. If it has been activated then call Sky n the free 150 number to ask them to cancel it for you,
