Don't have an option to activate my new sim

I have just received my new phone and sim card after switching to sky. When I try to activate my new sim, I only get an option saying "Need a SIM?" that takes me to shop for a new SIM plan but I bought one with the phone. When looking at my products on MySky, it only shows the phone and not the SIM. What do I do ?

When checking the order page, it shows SIM activation but just says "In Progress - Coming Soon"

You will have to use another phone to call Sky about this.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
