Don't have an option to activate my new sim

I have just received my new phone and sim card after switching to sky. When I try to activate my new sim, I only get an option saying "Need a SIM?" that takes me to shop for a new SIM plan but I bought one with the phone. When looking at my products on MySky, it only shows the phone and not the SIM. What do I do ?
