Does passport + work for Tunisia

Am traveling to Tunisia next week and can not seem to find info for roaming. Apart from it being 'rest of world' 

anyone know if passport + covers Tunisia ??

The vast majority of global destinations are 'rest of world' rate and consequently extremely expensive.
