Does it matter that I didn’t do a swap?
Hi, I preordered the 17 pro max, but I completely forgot I could swap my 14 pro max but I didn't think of that. It's all paid off now but I have two products on my dashboard now. Does that really matter so much?

If you've paid it off you can't do a swap.

Any device that has been paid off belongs to you so can not be swapped or upgraded as only devices that you are still payimng for can be.
