Does anyone know how to find out what date "My Swap" will be available?

I purchased the iPhone 14 Pro Max back in 2022 on the Swap 24 plan and it should be at the 2 year point now in which I can upgrade however it keeps saying it's unavailable and I can't seem to speak to anyone about it. Does anyone know how you work out what date I'll be able to upgrade?

Hi @Jlammbo  you should have the option to upgrade now (even before the 24 month swap date) but it may cost a little more, if you aren't getting the option online then call sky on 150 for help.
