Do I qualify for SKY VIP with phone only contracts?

I have cancelled all my sim contracts with Sky and only have device plans now (3 of them). 
The Sky VIP is no longer showing on my app- do I not qualify without a sim plan??

As long as you are still a Sky Mobile customer of which you are the you should still have access to the VIP section.
