Do I need original box to send back old iPad on a swap
I'm swapping my old I pad for a new one the problem I got they said to send the old one back in a box, is the original box that I cannot find or will any box do

Hi @ladyavensis1 any box will do, you can usually reuse the packaging from your new device but it doesn't have to be, just make sure the correct address label is applied and keep proof of postage.
