Went to swap my iPhone to new one, direct debit taken from my account on 3rd December but my mobile account on the app is showing exactly the same today 6th December - nothings changed?! How long dues this app take to update?!

The app is just saying balance is nothing but it always says PAID in green writing and it doesn't
