Direct debit paid to sky , sky saying they’ve not received it

Paid direct debit on the 19 th November for 71.35 Sky say not received it being passed between Sky and bank who will own up to this .

What does your Sky account show, does it show this bill hasn't been paid ?

What does your bank account show, does it show that the payment has been taken ?
