Difficulty linking Sky app to mobile account

Hi

I have activated my new Sky mobile sim and have actually been billed my 1st payment on the bank details I gave to Sky, yet when I log in to Sky with my id and answer the 'billing' details with the last 6 digits of my bank account, it says it doesn't recognise the account!

Has anyone else had the same problem?

Hi @Mont3  give sky a call on 150 so they can advise on your options.
