Didn’t receive AirPods with my new phone

I ordered a new iPhone contract the other day and it said it was due to be delivered today, which it did. However, along with the handset I also added AirPods as an accessory to the contract and in the "my orders" tab under the tracking it says any accessories will arrive with the handset. The AirPods didn't arrive and I can't find any info anywhere as to why or if they will arrive separately.

Hi @cmuir70  i woukd give sky a call on 150 to see what's happening with the AirPods, sky probably waiting for stock.

Thank you for letting me know! Did just that and turns out there was just a slight delay, the tracking info has now been sent to me and the AirPods have been dispatched 🙂
