Did I order a phone? I’ve gotten no confirmation or email!?! Help please xx

So I've ordered a phone through the MySky app, done all the checks provided necessary information and payed the first payment.. then nothing, no email, no confirmation/order number what do I do??

I have a similar issue - did you ever get the mobile / order confirmation or what was the outcome ??

If it's saying no active orders when you login to your account @BK25 then you will need to call sky for more help as it doesn't look like your order has gone through.
