Devices not ahowing on my sky

I have just taken out 2 ipads onto my account but they are not showing on my sky account why is this pls?

Hi @thedarling  have you received them yet ? Are the orders complete ?

yes ive recieved them but not put the sim cards in yet

If they aren't showing in your account @thedarling then this normally means for some strange reason they have been ordered via a different account. If you call sky on 150 they will help locate them and go through your options.
