Device not working

When renewing my sky contract last September I also opted to purchase a Samsung Tablet from yourselves 

this device is no longer working 

please advise.

In case you’re not already aware, you aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services here. This is a customer based forum where we try to help other customers.

As we are customers here so you are not talking to Sky you will need to call them about this.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
