Device not delivered next day

I ordered for Samsung Galaxy S25 ultra on the 30/10/25 and expected next day delivery as advertised on your platform. 

Till now I have not gotten the device. When I get in touch with Dpd , they said that I should contact my provider - Sky mobile. Please what is delaying the delivery and why am I not carried alone?

You aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.


As we’re customers here we have no insight into stock levels or any delivery timescales.

After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
