If I signed my credit agreement on a Thursday at half 8 pm when should I get my phone contract ?

As customers we can't say for sure. What we do know is that after the two credit checks have been completed (it may take longer over a weekend) the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

We have no insider knowledge regarding stock levels or delivery timescales. When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from DPD which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

I have received an email saying it's despatched and DPD are waiting to receive it could this mean I could get it tomorrow

Possibly but until you get the time slot email you won't know for certain.

That does mean it is on it's way to DPD so it will be touch and go if you receive it tomorrow. If you do then DOD should text/email you with a one hour delivery slot in the morning so if you are not sent this then it is unlikely you will be seeing it tomorrow.
